Sylvia passed away suddenly but peacefully, surrounded by family at Tauranga Hospital on March 10^th 2023, aged 78 years. Dearly beloved wife of Steve for 57 years. Much loved Mum of Karen and Marc, Heather and Graeme. Proud Grandma of Matt, Luke, Maddie, and Liz; and loving Great Grandma to Reuben. Loved sister of Daphne, and Auntie to Katie, Emily, Jessica, Neil, Debbie, Ali, and their families. “Through her, we know what resilience, courage, and perseverance truly look like. Just because Sylvia is no longer here, it doesn’t mean she lost her fight. She continues to delight in God’s amazing grace.” A celebration of Sylvia’s life will be held at Elliotts’ Chapel, 414 Cameron Road Tauranga on Wednesday 22nd March at 1.00pm.
