BASSETT, Douglas Nelson: Died peacefully on Wednesday July 17, 2024, at Tauranga Hospital in his 93^rd year. Dearly loved Husband of Marge. Best friend and mate of Andrew. Special Pop of Kelsey and Mathew and their partners. Loved Pop-Pop to Keller, Kane, Finn and Virginia. A service to celebrate Doug’s life will be held at Elliotts Chapel on Cameron, 414 Cameron Road, Tauranga on Wednesday July 24^th, 2024 at 1.30pm. In Lieu of flowers an online donation in Doug’s memory to the Acorn Foundation Bank Acc 12-3194-0034025-01 would be greatly appreciated.
